The Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® is excited to share that we are now offering online continuing education, post license education, and more through our own dedicated education portal!
You can complete your online classes from anywhere and at your convenience through GLAR. We offer a variety of classes that meet your educational and professional development needs. Check out the list of courses below and get started!
Important information on online courses taking through our portal:
Access:
All of the online courses allow access for 6 months from the date of purchase. Your completion date of the course determines the year the credit will be issued. You may review any portion of the course you have completed within 6 months – even after you have received your certificate of completion. The course will be available to you throughout your 6 month time-frame.
Compliance:
To be in compliance with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC), you will be required to complete an affidavit, take an online final exam, and complete the survey at the end of each course.
Final Exam:
A final exam score of 75% or greater is required to pass and two (2) retakes are allowed for each of the above courses.
Reporting & Certificate of Completion:
Once you have successfully completed your online course, GLAR will report your completion and credit hours to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) on your behalf. Your completion certificate for each course will be available on your online portal account for your records.
